Strategic Initiatives & Administration

Strategic Initiatives & Administration oversees the division’s strategic planning, financial management and control, workforce planning/employee relations, administration and institutional strategic projects. It provides planning and development support to the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer to further the strategic priorities of the Communications & Public Affairs Division and promotes university-wide collaborations through the initiation of institutional strategic initiatives.

This unit administers the Strategic Communications Council (SCC).
